I have an small buisness idea for an onlineshop so my wife has something to do and can make a little extra cash.

but now i want to know what she has to do to open a online buisness(onlineshop) and operate it legal?

I am currently with ADSL. The cookie happily shows 100Mb/sec. Status-connected. But can not connect. Last time clocked download speed 0.5Kb/sec. LoS. Go, smile...

Seriously, all you need is: a net connection, knowing how to type (and yes, knowing how to spell helps), and a service or product to provide. It's not rocket science. The company/business set up can come a little ways down the road, and it's not to difficult either. In fact, that's the easy part that 90% of startups never need because they don't make it.
