suegha
Ah, the food that must not be named. The dark lord of snacks. The 'you know who' of meals!

aircut
no-name is something i also enjoyed daily some 20 years ago in the pre-airport era koh-samui, great for manchies no-name that is fried balls made of various vegetables, meats binds together with egg and tempura flour shaped into small balls and deep fried. the thai version of the indian pakoras. and yes, you will have to experiment. use your favorite veggies and meats and seasonings.... as the name implies it is no-name and differ from cook to cook. enjoy
Cuban
I perverted the minor remains of one of my wife's pumpkin curries the other night with garlic-vinegar, sugar and chilli - I was aiming for a semi Kung-Poa something - but it remains without name and was more like a sweet - sweet & sour gloop with sticky rice. I feel it should remain without a name.
