February 7, 201016 yr First of all a quick hello to all browsing and now on to my dilemma.... Having opened my passport today i noticed that i have to do my visa run tomorrow (Monday 8th feb 2010) I have tried calling Jack Tours office and his staff's mobile, but no one is answering at 5pm on a Sunday evening, to be expected really and no ones fault but my own. Can anyone tell me if there is a 5am service to Poi Pet on the 8th Feb 2010, if not am i correct in thinking that the usual 7am bus will still be departing? I'm just a little afraid of turning up and the bus not being there or being full........ :S Your help is much appreciated, Karl Edited February 7, 201016 yr by karlos
February 7, 201016 yr JG have not done the Cambodian border run on Monday for some time. Have a look at their website here. Visa Run is another name that regularly crops up in this forum, so you may care to give them a call. 02 713 2498, 089 024 5255 http://www.thaivisarun.com/

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays Departure: 09:30 sharp in the morning. Fee: 2,000 Baht includes visa & meal. Don't forget to bring your Passport and a 4x6 cm photo! (We provide all the required visa documents.) Pick up place: "Baanrai coffee shop", corner of Sukhumvit 63, right next to BTS Ekkamai, in front of a Honda car show room and opposite the Ekkamai bus terminal. Call: 089-024-5255 (24 hours) | 02-713-2498 (office hours) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Option, grab a tour bus at Ekamai yourself and head out to Aranyaprathet. I note, tho, there's several buses a day that pass by my place in Thanyaburi, on Hwy 305, the Rangsit-Nakhon Nayok Road, that are marked "Rong Kluea Market," which is that super large market area nearby the Aran border point. You could get a tuk tuk from there to the border itself, I reckon. Mac

You are exiting the country on the last day of your permission to stay, and your visa is still valid to obtain new 90 day permission to stay on re-entry.
February 7, 201016 yr Author Thank you for that advice, i think i'll wait untill Tuesday now, as i really enjoyed the short and somewhat quick trip to Poi Pet with Jack Golf last time, i don't fancie making a whole day of it with the other companies, depart 8am and return at 5:30, seems a tad too long to me when i can go to Poi Pet with Jack the following day Thanks for all the above advice, Karl Do i wait until Tuesday and go with Jack Golf, if i do i think i'll not beable to attain another 3 months of stay.
