Small Office Space

Featured Replies

Hey

I want to rent a small office for my online business, to begin with it will only be me, but some time down the road I am going to hire some workers. Right now, I don't need more than 30-40 sqm. Reliable internet connection and a landline phone.

How much would I be looking at and where are some cheap locations? Can you find this for 5-10k? I am in Bangkok.

Well Bangkok certainly narrows it down doesn't it?

What part of Bangkok are you looking in?

Prices on Suvumvit or Silom will be allot higher that somewhere else

Need to know the exact location.

Having your own office, you need to have (2) Thais working there by law

If you are working under the radar with no company registration or work permit, might want to revisit this office idea?

MAybe try one of the serviced offices.

CAn get their virtual service for 4-5000- baht per month; and work from home /anywhere.

They will give you dedicated phone line and transfer/answer all calls for you. You have prestige adddress, mail collection etc .. Used it for many years..

We found it a big saver, as we could route o/seas calls thru them, and because they ahve international system between their brances (Regus that is) the call ost was extremely low..

extras - you have to pay for BUT only when you use it,,like meeting rooms etc..

Actually it would be 4 Thai nationals if he is not married to a Thai, but your sentiment is correct.

If you are operating below the radar, you might be better renting a bigger condo ie extra bedroom and convert that to an office
