Buying Laser Printer Refill Cartridges In Pattaya

Featured Replies

Can anyone make a recommendation where to buy cheaper laser cartridges in Pattaya?

In Tuk Com, can anyone recommend a particular floor/store?

Or am I better going to another computer store in Pattaya/area?

I am looking for a genuine SAMSUNG mono cartridge ML 1640

Thanks for any advice and pointers and heads-up.

:)

Before you go to Tukcom call into the computer shop across from the Foodland supermarket on Pattaya Klang and price up what you need then use that price as a price and product comparison at Tukcom.

Thanks for the tip 'nam-thip'! I will go there first and check out the prices.

If you're in the area there's also a small shop called 'Inkman' on the south side of Pattayaklang, about a 100 yards west of Third Road. More or less opposite the TOT building at the corner of Pattayaklang and Third Road.

They just do ink cartridges and paper etc. Not sure if they stock Samsung.

Office Depot in the Homeworks complex next to Big C on Sukhumvit have a big range of cartridges on display, i found that Inkman on Pattaya Klang to be expensive for genuine cartridges.

i found that Inkman on Pattaya Klang to be expensive for genuine cartridges.

But their refilled cartridges seem to be quite reasonable (around 800 baht for a refilled HP 1010 cartridge).

That's for a laser cartridge, yes?

To refill an inkjet cartridge (you provide the cartridge) was 80 baht the last time I refilled at Inkman - for an HP Deskjet D1560 printer.

Same price at Tukcom.

Disappointingly I have to say that inkjet refills at Tukcom and Inkman only seem to last about a month (with very light usage).

Thanks for all feedback. But I am in an absurd situation.

A Samsung Laser Printer including one B/W cartridge costs 2100 Baht.

A Samsung Laser cartridge B/W costs 2300 Baht.

Maybe I am better buying a whole new printer set as a spare?

Probably no help with this offer.

But we have a full 4 set of color and BW cartridges for a Samsung CLP 300 if anyone has a compatible machine, happy to take 500 each cartridge - still new in boxes

Is it possible to refill color laser cartridges and anyone have any experience? quality etc.

Or better to buy originals?

There's a German Guy who has a business up in Wongamat Beach who refills and exports all around the world - we tried them on our office machines - would consider them fair quality but nothing to rave about. Sherwood Co. 038 367 030

In Tukcom on the 3rd floor is a small shop who refill toner cardridges. I bought there a bottle with 400g Toner for 900,- Baht. It's enough for refill your cardridge 4-5 times.
