I just thought I would like to try a different venue for my 90 day visa run. Does anyone know of somewhere interesting/ reasonable priced , or if there are currently any offers being made by local airlines via BKK. I will take my Thai wife for a couple of days, so anything else on Visa info for her, or hotels you have experienced would be great.

Most ASEAN countries are easy to enter for you and your missus if you're European with only Viet Nam and Laos requiring visas.

Laos on arrival and VN can be arranged on the internet to collect on arrival or got in Bangkok beforehand.

what about Burma and Cambodia, don't both of these also require visa for Europeans?

I've had a look at Air Asia and can get return flights to Vietnam and Malasia for around 3,500 bt, and Macao for 5000bt pp. Ive been to Macao before , but not Vietnam or Malasia. Any knowledge or details of good previous experiences here would be appreciated.
