I have condo in Pattaya and I am paying fee for condo maintenance 28 bath/sq.meter at year.

The latest VT7 in Jomtien, we pay 10Baht per square metre per month, beats $A1100 you pay in most apartments in Sydney per 3 months!

I looked at a few condos, new buildings, monthly maintance/service fees, varied from about 35 bht per sqm per month, up to about 42 bht per sqm per month.

I'm sure it is much cheaper in the VT condo buildings!!!

I think its fair to say that the maintance service fee is also based on the amount of units in the condo building, if there are only 40 units in a building the monthly cost persqm is going to me more, than a building with 3 to 400 units in the building.

Also the higher the quality the building is, again the more you would pay.

From a few of the posts already, the average costs seems to be around 28 bht persqm per month, so for a decent 2 bedroom 130sqm unit your going to be paying something around, 3640 bht per month

45 baht per sqm every month. Low fees might seem attractive, but high fees can be a blessing in disguise. To low fees and the maintenance will often suffer and so will the value of your condo.
