Are the inscriptions on the front and back of this building, viewable and translatable?

I would especially like to know if any of the dialect or the letters can somehow 'date' the age of the building, like if they happen to be Hindu characters?

They seem to both start with the word บุรณะ (restore, as in restoration of a building) and include years -- but you're not exactly making it easy with your pictures. If you have bigger original files, can you upload a 100% crop of just the area in question? Otherwise, can you get better pictures?

I tried some zooming in to make a close in, but it goes back to normal size?

When I had it zoomed in, I used Paint to try to distinguish the lettering; don't know if I made it worse?

guessing 1970's?

To me they appear to read:

บูรณะ เมื่อ ๒๕๓๘

"Restored in 2538" (=1995)

and

บูรณะ

วันที่ ๑๑ สิงหาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๗

"Restored August 11 B.E. 2537" (= 1994)
