ajarnbaksida
Dear advanced members. I’m looking for a teaching position in the lower north east of this wonderful country. I’ve got experience with Prathom and high school students and I’m very familiar with the Thai culture and how to eat bugs. My wife’s from that area. Do I really need a work permit and what type of visa is needed to be legal? Thanks in advance from advanced guys. Thanks Khop Khun La Lai…. Tanaka
You need a work permit to do any kind of work, paid or unpaid, in Thailand. And a Non-Imm visa to get one. If you have found a school that wants you, they should be able to help you with the application for the permit.
PeaceBlondie
However, no work permit is needed to be Surpreme commander - you needn't even spell it right.

If you have found a school that wants you, they should be able to help you with the application for the permit. You need a degree for ‘special needs’ to be a supreme commander in this country.
