I came to Thailand in June 2008 on a tourist visa. After 60 days I transitioned to a Non Imm Ed visa, with the assiatnce of a thai language school, and that visa has been renewed once. It is again up for extension but I don't think I can be in Thailand to do the extension. I have moved to Vietnam to work and live here. Can you please let me know the situation if I want to enter Thailand on the odd weekend here and there to visit (just a few days). I hold an Australian passport and presumably I can enter as a tourist ?

Dont need it - get 15days w/land crossing and 30days by air.

As said, you can use visa exempt entry - 30 days if arriving by air or 15 days at land border crossing.

Hi everyone, thanks a lot for the answers. I'm wondering how frequently I can use to visa exempt entries. I plan on visiting Thailand once a month for the next several months - will I run into trouble ?
