Ok, there have been many threads already about restaurants in Pattaya, but so far none concentrated on giving the best venues for a given dish.

I have tried 3 restaurants for spare ribs, but the best was Food Wave at Royal Garden - they are delicious, smoked, and wihout that disgusting red tomato sauce spilled all over like some other restaurants do.

So here I go with the list of dishes, most of which I have no idea where to get

- BBQ spare ribs (not stewed/braised and without disgusting red sauce spilled all over)

Food Wave at Royal Garden

- BBQ/Grilled Chicken (not fried)

- BBQ/Grilled Beef (T-Bone, Entrecôte, etc.)

- Pizza (thin bread)

- Grilled Pork Leg, german style with crispy skin

- crispy grilled chinese duck

I'm also looking for a good place serving Royal Thai Cuisine
