I got a 30 days TV in Suwana airport and I'd like to know if is possible to extend it for an other 30 days in Pattaya Immigration Office.

The most you could get would be 7 days. You would probably need a ticket out of the country within those 7 days.

Do Pattaya Immigration now only give 7 days extension for 1,900 baht for a 30 day entry stamp?

I have a friend coming over on a 30 day stamp who intends to stay 6 weeks. So a visa run is the way to go, yes after 29/30 days yes?

If a return ticket was shown at Pattaya Immigration would they give 13/14 days extension out of kindness?

7 days max only. More of a problem may be the airline denying boarding without your friend having either a visa or air ticket out of the country within 30 days of arrival. Tourist visas are free until 4th March 2010 and give 60 day permission to stay on entry to most nationalities.
