Tourist Visa From Cambodia

Featured Replies

I need to get a mulitple entry tourist visa, how easy is it to get to the Cambodian Royal Thai embassy/consulate? Is it able to issue these visa's? searched on here but found very little.

Is there an easy way to get a bus there from Bangkok? I'm in Bangkok at the moment so any help would be great.

Thanx

OliG

It is able to issue a double or triple entry however the Embassy in Phnom Phen are less than willing to do so..........if you want a definate double entry and possibly a triple go to Penang (Malaysia)

Cheers ThaiFlyer, I have friends in Penang and found it very friendly so I think I'll just pop down there instead. I just thought it would be quicker going to Cambodia but having just done a google search, I 've read an awful lot of negative views. Shame, I was looking forward to seeing somewhere new, maybe another time.

Anyone know of a good place to get a bus to Penang or Hat Yai?

Dont know about a bus but you could get the overnight sleeper train from Bangkok down to Butterworth leaves BKK at 3pm and arrives Butterworth at approx 1pm.........ive done it before its quite comfortable costs approx 2000 baht return.

Air Asia also fly to Penang from Bangkok..........details from their website.
