Using the decimal format, the above coordinates are correct according to my Garmin and ESRI map.

How did you convert that listing in your 1st post to the decimal style?

Divide by 60

i.e 41.319 divided by 60 = .68865

I used Mr. Garmin. Set car icon location on the hospital and read coordinates from coordinates page. Change format as required.
