jbeck
anyone buying stuff from amazon? 1) will they accept a thailand bank (debit) card and/or a thailand bank account for payment (i.e. not home country banks) 2) is the shipping a 'relatively' reasonably price or is it cost prohibitive (I know it depends on what you buy...books and such, for example) 3) does the post/customs in thailand open the box and have you come down and pay a duty (I heard this is the case) I would like to hear from people with 'actual experiences'. thanks to all
GungaDin
All I know is that the RTC charge duty on books new and old. Even 10 years old audio cassettes recorded by myself. Unheard of in a civilised country.
