Uk Birth Certificates

anyone used this dog awful service?

i ordered mine on the 9th february. i used their "express" service (3-4 days) and paid for international delivery which came to a total of 45.99, so was expecting it to arrive here around a week later

now the 27th, nearly 3 weeks later and nothing. they said it was dispatched on the 17th. royal mail track and trace say they recieved it on the 25th. track and trace has displayed the same message for the past 2 days, "We have received your item, posted on 25/02/10 and it is being processed for delivery abroad. "

is it still possible to track an item once it's left the uk and arrived in thailand?

i think if it arrives i should open a paypal dispute anyway considering the standard service is half the price and takes only 11 days excluding delivery i assume
