Although a little out of town, Khram Marine Hotel in Bang Sare has a rental business. Last year 4 of us had a big Thai fishing boat (with a nice Western toilet) for the full day with a captain and mate. Monkey Island, Koh Pin, swimming, fishing, all day 10K Baht. Bring your own food and beverages. Boat would hold 10.

only can give rec about price: not more than 4k for thai style boat a whole day trip.
