Nok Air, Is This For Real ?

With Thai Air switching service to Nok Air, I was checking on flights from DM to P-lok, and was surprised to see this kind of cost breakdown. Seems a bit RyanAir-ish (give away the seat and add in surcharges).

Bottom line is that the fare is actually less than with Thai Air, and there are 4 daily flights (2 each way) instead of 2, although it makes me curious about the level of service to be expected or frequency of cancellations.

Does anyone have any experiences with this route using Nok instead of Thai?
