I have just spent an invigorating morning with some very nice chaps from Thaicom and CSLoxinfo.

If you use/have IpSTAR, please PM me with details of what you have happening in your connection.

We solved one site this morning by hard work and shove and now have a happy camper who wanted to get rid of it.

Also put messages here so I can get back to you.

thanks

Why? If I was a sensitive new age chap I would be offended, but as an IT Professional, I find it interesting that you make the comment. Do you feel capable of explaining it?

Maybe I misunderstood..... But, if he wanted it fixed presumably he wanted to use it....but now he doesn't want it?

That doesn't sound like a happy camper. No disrespect meant, it just doesn't make sense to a non-IT professional.

Having sorted the problem, he seems interested in keeping it. It was a dog for a month, then I found out and did some investigating and we seem to have worked out the problem.

From an IT perspective, it made sense to make it work, rather than give up. Now it does. IT happy.

You don't see the error in the above sentence? I sure got the same impression that TA got. You should not have used the "/wants". :o

Sorry.. must have been a late night. Have repaired it, and am not so sensitive now.
