I think the 2 means she said it twice, 'luv u mak mak jaa', which means 'love you a lot' (mak means very).

'na jaa' is just a girl thing to say, doesn't really have meaning, just emphasizes how close she is to the person.

I suspect, Zom & Fair are names of two girls - they seem to express themselves in doubles. :)
