Yesterday I was driving north of Mae Rim . 6 kms north on your left side and stumbled across a old gas station that was converted to a car and bike museum and Bar . I came in contact with the owner Yod . The theme of the bar is mainly American autos and vintage bikes with live music and great Thai food . This is a great spot to grab a bite, have a drink and soak up the atmosphere. I can see this becoming one of my favorite watering holes . FYI there is a new coffee shop / restaurant designed on an old American gas station theme on Highway 12 between Wang Thong and Lom Sak called ROUTE 12 if your in that area check it out.
