There are some newly constructed shophouses near to the Tax Revenue building in Jomtien (not far from where Ocean 1 Tower is going to be built and this is where the new Tony's Fitness Centre in Jomtien will be. Looks like they use Nautilus there, I had them in the Gym back home. I put on too many kilos since I stopped smoking. Think about a certain hospital in Pattaya and it's rapid expansion - and how it was financed. Is there a parallel? On more than one occasion I have heard Pattaya referred to as Tonytown.
