I am new to this site and more than likey some of you guys have seen this type of question before.

Does anybody know how much it cost to build a average Hotel, say 20 average rooms a average foyer with a average size pool.

twostorey, 14k

threestorey 16k

fourstorey (fire escape) 20k

simple standard

add elevator, furniture, fire alarm, cameras, watersupply, electric supply, environment (wastewater treatment)
