moto77
I was advised to apply for a non-O marriage visa (wife is Thai) rather than a B visa, even though I have a current job offer. (Because I can stay longer on an O visa and the job is temporary.) If I am applying for a non-O, what should I write in "Purpose of visit"? If I write "work", I'm sure they will want to give me a non-B visa which has different paperwork requirements. Can I write, "Apply for work permit - Wife is Thai"? Has anyone else done this?
