What Ever Happened To Jonathan Head ?

Featured Replies

Does anybody remember Jonathan Head, the BBC News correspondant based in Bangkok. Does anybody know what happened to this guy ? with the Red's on go again it occured to me that we don't here from Jonathan Head any more, you know the guy that appeared to be constantly reporting from his condo balcony and didn't let a bit of fiction obscure a good story !

Wonder were he went to ?

He moved to Turkey, or at least I think it was Turkey.

Many thanks and just checked you are right. He is currently reporting on BBC turkey on artificial insemination trips by Turkish woman seeking sperm donors. Now there's a good topic from him !

Yes, he's still with the BBC, but reposted to Turkey after a not so little incident of insulting the Royal family. :)

I think you will find that rather than insulting the Thai Royal Family, which has not even been judged in the Thai courts by the way, he was the victim of a Lese Majeste complaint more designed to silence one of many reporters who get a little too near the truth for some peoples liking.

Yes, now we have a ms rachel harvey reporting for the bbc and

obvious completely out of her depth

of red - red shirts, red flags, red banners."
