No, Maxnet is not throttling Rapidshare, 500kbps is about the best you are going to get in Thailand due to the "crap copper" we are dealing with

You can make it a little less painful by using a download manager, I prefer and use Internet Download Manager

Im using Jdownloader and as long as I only use 4 connections per part file it works great

Once I have the Thai sub I need to get the exact file name the sub is synced with (can't always do that with torrents or maybe even if I find the correct file its doesn't always have many or any seeds)

All my downloads are HD Mkv files
