Need Help Finding Some Items

Wife and I are returning to Chiayaphum Thailand for permanent retirement in Oct. We'd like info on best place to find certain items we'd like to think we can't live without:

Family sized George Forman Grill

Combination Convection/Microwave Oven

high quality cellphone (don't need photo or text messaging, just one I can hear on as I'm near deaf, and one I can buy replaceable minutes for at 7-11's)

Lazy Boy Chair

I keep forgetting that Thai Visa is the one Forum of the 57 I belong too that does not allow for me to add my signature line which has my homepage URL on it.
