The route I found to be the quickest is Chiangmai-Lampang-Denchai-Uttaradit-Chatrakarn-Nakhon Thai-Dan Sai-Phu Rua-Loei. The only tricky part is to turn left at the first set of lights you encounter after leaving Uttaradit behind. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

invex Posted March 25, 2010 Share Posted March 25, 2010 Boksida has it right. I have done Chiang Mai - Loei and back about 30 times. The given road is the best and around 480 km.
