Is there a location where I can download WP related forms?

Right now I need a form for change of address.

why couldn't I find them?

I think it is either Form WP.7 or the one they have under 'Application'.

We did not move but our Khet changed the address so there should not be any problem.

It is clear now that we need this form:

Application

Together with WP and PP we also have to submit the letter we received from our Khet about the address change.

I had posted this link earlier but when I went back to test the form download links they didn't work so I deleted my post. Now I checked it again and the download links work. Anyway, here is the link and it has a description of each form.

At first I also thought that I'll need WP.7 but since we are not actually relocating a simple change of info in the WP is all that is needed.

So the form I mentenioned above under "Application" is what is needed in my case. After my wife saw the form she remembered that 4 years ago, when our sub district became a ful district (Khet), we had to submit this form.
