Any recommendations on where to get the best bread around Pattaya. Am coming down for a few days and want to take a load back home with me.

my only suggestion is to buy a machine and make your own,,,, as well as making great bread you have the variety also,,, sorry l couldn't be more helpful,,

Believe it or not Carrefore Bakery has really nice bread and rolls. Also the bakery downstairs in Central festival - at the supermarket.

Soi excite...the bakery there does good bread and ok breakfast!

Bakery at the entrance of Foodland has very nice Bread including Zopf (if you are German/Swiss) and Pretzel. Best Bread and very good prices too.

Croissant de Paris / Soi Siam Country Club

Friendship supermarket has some nice bread too.

Grottino, a Swiss bakery, located south of Tukcom.

I also recommend that place. Get there in the morning or what you want might be sold out.

I really miss 'Daves Bakery' on the tiny Soi off Soi Xzyte but I heard he upped-sticks and went to Cambodia.

Yes, this new place opened last November (2009) and is called the 'Best Bakery' it is on Soi Chayapoon about 100 yards from Pattaya 3rd Road.
