Validity Of Passport

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I consider to visit Thailand at priod 31st August - 15th September 2005. As my passport is valid only till 15th March 2006 is it sufficiently long time for issue Thai visa and enter to country? I know that some countries require passports which must still valid for example 3, 6 or perhaps 1 year after date of enter to country. Do you anybody know how it appears in the case of Thailand?

Thanks for your help :o

Passport (must be valid 6 months beyond visa application)

A Czech needs a visa and as your stay exceeds 15 days ( counting the day of arrival and departure ) you need to get a tourist visa from the Thai Embassy in Prague before you leave. Your passport validity is fine. Enjoy the holiday :D

Entry may be refused if of "hippy" appearance

That raises some interesting questions:

what if the hippy falang is married to a thai?

and what if the thai is hippy as well?

and what if the falang is on a multiple-hippy-visa? can their kids enter the Kindom?

and does he qualify for an extension of hippiness (in case he gets a proper haircut)?

and... what if he wasn't a hippy when got in, but actually became a hippy in Thailand (maybe spent too much time in Ko Pangan :o) - will he be able to get a re-entry permit in Soi Suan Plu? what about the airport? :D
