I currently have a 1 year Multi entry ED visa.

I have 2 questions.

I flight out soon, but will be overstaying by 1 day, is this likely to void my remaining visa ir cause future problems?

I will fly out again 3 months later, this time internationally. As a result of visiting family, I will likely overstay my visa by about 5 - 7 days this time. Is it possible to add the 7 day visa extension that can be aquired at Immigration in Koh Samui as an add on? If this is not possible, are there any likely ramifications of overstaying slightly longer on the validaty of my remaining visa and am I likely to have any issues when flying from Koh Samui to Bangkok, then transferring Internationally to Europe?

One day should not be a problem. On second entry at end of stay apply for a 7 day extension of stay which will cover the extra time.
