I Need An Apartment/condo...

Featured Replies

So I'm currently staying near 30/17 Moo Baan Sunpaliang, next to the Chay Yai Muay Thai gym (http://www.chayyaigym.com/ContactUs.html). And I am staying here until late September. I would like to live closer to the city but still be at least 5-10 motorbike ride from the gym. I was wondering if there were any good apartments to check out around the area?

I checked out The Leaf (http://www.chiangmai.thaiapartments.net/index.php?os=apartment&apartmentid=97&lan=en&fromos=2&ord=1&search_area=2) and sent an email to this place (http://www.chiangmaifurnishedapartments.com/contact.html).

But I was wondering if there were better choices.

I am willing to spend up to at least 5k a month (if not a little bit more, not too much though...). I guess what I'm looking for really in a place is a/c, internet, and maybe a small kitchen (not necessary but it would be nice).

Any recommendations? Thank you.

It's a tad bit further than I want, it does look really nice though, thanks anyways.

I've got a place for rent. 4000 baht

Townhouse, 2 floors, two bathrooms.

Quiet dead end street.

Near Chiang Mai gate.

It is empty now but no hurry to rent it, the quiet is nice.

Last tennent was noisy.

I think I am looking for an quiet older gentleman who keeps to himself and

doesn't bring home "guests". Ideal would be someone who only stays the winter in Chiang Mai

but wants to keep the place all year.
