Condo Property Management Companies

Featured Replies

I was hoping a few of you might be able to recommend a few good property management companies to manage a Condominium in Ekkamai Bangkok.

Last company just resigned due to change of committee

Ekkamai 31 unit condominium.

Company must be bi- lingual Thai - English

Communications required in both languages.

Progressive management style required.

Thanks in Advance

Jones Lang Lasalle replaced the previous condo managers late last year. The building seems to be better maintained and according to the people I spoke to, the fees came down. I rent, and don't own so i can't comment. JLL is a US based multinational
