Miserable Expats Who Can’t Stop Complaining About Thailand but Never Leave
Some very good points that you raise here, thanks for that. I completely agree and I think that if we're not doing some sort of inner work the aging process simply tears us down. It's humiliating, it's humbling, and watching ourselves diminish before our very eyes is just simply too much for some people to handle, and they become negative, grouchy, moody, annoying and unpleasant to be around. On the other hand for those of us that are willing to engage in some inner work, be it contemplation, reflection, spiritual work of some sort, positive affirmation, or something to maintain good perspective on life and our many blessings, we tend to grow, and not become lesser versions of ourself, and we don't give in to the gravitational pull and the decline that comes with aging. If we're not actively doing something to fight the good fight, and battle the degradation, then it's all downhill. -

UK Macron Blames Brexit for Channel Migrant Surge as UK-French Deal Faces Turmoil
Some people say we need all the immigrants for future employment. They are the employees of the future while we the indigenous people leave, get out or convert to Islam as they have in many countries before us. By 2060 the indigenous British people will be a minority in Britain. There are a few European countries that have a nice climate and are not moslem. -

Economy Trump's Tariff Troubles: Thai Academic Sounds Alarm on Key Issues
You really believe that? Maybe you should have a word with Vietnam, who dropped their tariffs on US goods to ZERO %, and agreed to order more US products as well, yet they got hit with a 20% tariff by the clown in the US -

Pattaya Condos: History and Future
This is exactly why your posts should be taken with a grain of salt. You have a conflict of interests. You constantly talk up the property market here. All you focus on is the peaks, never the troughs. Over the years, not once have you posted of a stalling property market here, covid aside. Is property a long term investment, sure, but the days of "flipping" condo's here for a profit are long gone. There's just too much oversupply in the market. Conveniently, you did not post about the average Time on Market (TOM) for your properties. It's one thing to boast selling for a profit, it's another thing having that capital tied up in a property that's sitting on the market here or years, yes, years. That money invested elsewhere would have made more money than property in Thailand, which also attracts fees.
