The reason is that i want to use some of my 800k and leave only 400k in my thai bank.

Next time you go for your extension of stay just say that you want to extend based on marriage. But do note that the extension based on marriage is a lot more work, for both you and immigration. You will also have to come back after 30 days to get your extension.

If you don't have 800,000 in the bank but enough for the marriage extension they will have no other option than to give you a marriage extension.

Marriage Certificate and quite possibly a copy of the registration book entry. Wife's ID Card and house book.

Letter and book from the bank.

Photos of you and your Wife in and around the house.

A map showing the way to your house.

Take the Wife to be interviewed and sign an affidavit.

You will be given a 30 day under consideration stamp. Go back in a month to collect the remainder.
