I'm moving to BKK at the end of next month and have already booked flights and first week's accommodation. I'm also in the process of finding tenants for my UK apartment. You will be very close to a lot of trouble as soon as you find a little side soi connecting Soi 23 with Asoke, but don't worry you will be in safe hands and soon you will be the proud owner of a few sick buffalos. Have fun ! NB: I live at Ratchadamri, so I might have to pick my way through the rubble when I come back next month.
