I know this may be basic for many of you but not sure where to look.

I have had a Non immigrant type O 1 year multiple entry visa which i can get but I may get a work permit when i return to thailand.

What documents do I need to show the Thai consulate in the USA so I can get a Non immigrant Type B visa.

If you obtain that O visa on the basis of being married to a Thai you should be able to use it to obtain a work permit and not have to change anything.

The requirement for a non immigrant B visa will be what the specific Consulate requires and can vary. Best to check with them.
