Immigration Opening

Featured Replies

Hi,

Can anyone tell me when Immigration at Chaeng Wattana will reopen?

I understand they will be closed for Official Holidays, does this mean they will reopen on Friday 16th April, or are they staying closed until after the weekend?

Thanks

Monday.

Thank's Lop, I thought you would be able to help.

As covered in this thread.

Thank's Thaiphoon.

I did use the seach facility, but it didn't come up with any answers.

Is it broken?

Works for me - no worries :)

oMega: I went last Friday (I know it doesn't help you) as my visa runs out on the 18th (Sunday). The gave me a new visa starting on April 18th, even though I paid for it on the 9th. Very surprised to say the least, but as they are all closed this week I had no option. You might get lucky due to the holidays but I reckon they will say you should have gone before Songkran...

There will not be any overstay charge if you arrive on the first workday after a holiday period for time during that holiday period.
