B Viisa And Multple Entry Report Or Leaving

Featured Replies

hi just a question

have B visa

after extension of stay

and for 3800 i make a mulltiple entry stamp until next year

passport said adress reporting on 29.6.10

they told me i must NOT make a 90 day report, if i leave the country beetween.

so for example begining june i leave the country , when i come back i have too see immigration on 29.6 or i have to see them 3 month after entering the kingdom again.

and if leave all 2 month or so,,,,i must not do anything like make adress reporting

going over boarder count like 90 day reporting

thanks for answer

Clock starts at day one on return to Thailand so count 90 days from then.

i got it thanx

Yes. But note also if you have to do 90 day reporting most immigration offices will accept paperwork by post.

Do you have a work permit with your Non b visa, or were you able to extend it after your three months was up?

You will need a work permit (or Form WP3 receipt from Labour Department indicating that WP has been applied for/will be issued) together company documents and tax papers showing you meet minimum salary requirements to obtain extension of stay based on employment from Thai immigration.
