hi guys,

i have a doble entry tourist visa,issued 16 feb in vientaine,laos.

When i look at the visa it says 'Enter Before 15 may 2010',suppose this mean i have to leave the counrtry and come back before 15 may,if not the second entry will not be valid..? Im i right?

You are correct. Note that you can extend each entry of 60 days with an additional 30 days at an immigration office. (cost 1,900 per extension) If you do, make sure you do leave and re-enter before the 15th.

You will have received a 60 day permission to stay on entry, which can be extended for a further 30 days at Thai immigration (fee 1,900 baht). However, you must exit and re-enter the Kingdom by 14th May latest to activate your second 60 day entry. Can then obtain further 30 day extension from immigration, giving you nearly 6 months stay (if required).
