I have seen a few doctors in Chiangmai and in Phitsanulok and am not comfortable with any of them. They all say something different, and do not seem to be thorough. One doctor even recommended prostrate surgery without even doing a simple prostrate exam. I live in Phitsanulok but will travel to visit him if necessary. Possibly Bangkok or Chiangmai.
