Hi folks, need recommendation for a reliable ISP in Chiangmai, prefer a portable modem stick which can be used anywhere.

Any price plans would be appreciated.....My friend's school-going daughter has an TOT plan that requires to be connected to a telephone line to get the laptop working....Is this an old techonolgy....thanks..

seems modern technology, most laptops require connection to a power supply such as a battery or mains to get working.
