In Pysan(? spelling) View, just off the main road north and maybe 3 k's from the town centre, there are 3 bed rentals for around 3k bht a month. Gardens are small mind and ours only had air in the main bedroom. It was pretty sparsely furnished too which seems to be the Thai way for rentals.
