First Ill introduce myself, I am Corey, and am an American currently married to a Thail wife and have been living in the USA for the past 6 years. My wife and I are planning to move to Thailand next year and are currently building a house in Ayuthaya, Thailand. We have a son soon to be 4 years in June and will require an International or English teaching school when we move there. We are currently looking to also purchase a home in ChonBuri or Pattaya area due to the distance to the schools. What I would like some feedback on is 1. Where would you veterans suggest buying a home. I am not into the whold Pattaya Crazy nightlife scene and dont really want to be too close to that and 2. Which International or English teaching school would you suggest? Thanks for any replies in advance. I'd suggest your home location would be a balance dependent on closeness to school that you choose and convenience of Supermarkets.

Most expat housing with convenience to both is in East Pattaya or Ban Chang.

As for the school, do you want US curriculum? or will you be OK with UK or IB (International Bacclaureate) curriculum?
