I am looking for a small studio apartment in the Pattaya/Jomtien areas.

-must be within 10 minutes walk of a scheduled songthaew route.

- must have airconditioning.

- must have cable television

- willing to consider either fully furnished, semi-furnished or vacant places, as I am a long time Thailand resident, presently relocating from Bangkok. I am looking for a place for long-term rental.

I doubt that you are a "resident", you might be staying here on retirement, marriage, kids, work etc. et al. Having said that there is an abundance of places for let in the area that you desire. I suggest you do a google and you will find dozens of online agents.
