Hi,

I will be buying a bike from a colleague of mine by the end of this month[he is being shifted to home country]. So before I buy what are the bike related documents I have to check? so as to see that they are in proper order.

Also I am planning to get the license after buying the bike OR I have to get one before making the purchase?
