Have spent about 10 minutes googling but still not sure where it is exactly. Is it near Klong Toei MRT?

The Bongai bus stop is the first busstop on Phraram 4 (Rama 4) Road, east of Witthayu Road. So, I would guess that the Bongai Intersection is the intersection of Phraram 4 and Ratchadaphisek, as I know that the intersection of Phraram 4 and Witthayu Roads is the Witthayu Intersection.

Now I got a new one. Where is Nang-lerng? Apparently the riots have spread into that area, but I really don't know where it is.

Yes. It is not a bridge over a body of water but an overpass, to use the word that is used where I come from. But in Thai, SAPHAN is used for both bridge, and overpass.
