Crime Drunken Foreign Tourists Assault Thai Woman, Locals Step In with Brutal Response
I once walked into a Thai bar in Soi Cowboy with a couple of buddies and a girl walked up to me and spat directly into my face for no reason whatsoever. I wasn't even a regular in that soi we were just passing by and decided to check it out, and I had never seen that girl before in my life. It was a complete and utter surprise. Either a case of mistaken identity or the girl had metal illness. I didn't react and I simply 'wiped' the saliva from my face and carried on. However in this instance if a very drunken man was treated in this way or anyone else for that matter would he be forgiven for slapping whoever spat in his face for no reason whatsoever, be it male or female? In any case mob rule and mob beatings are barbaric and shouldn't go down that way. What if it was you on that floor being kicked in the head by a mob and left for dead due to mistaken identity or unjust cause? I'm not saying the guy in the article was innocent but what if he was? The story is not clear or full. Anyone applauding mob beatings is a coward just like the mob of thugs dishing it out. People jumping to conclusions to applaud barbaric violence are sadistic cowards. Pathetic. -

You think? I see lots of Thais from the bars etc getting their food most evenings. Plus lots of motorcycle taxi drivers go there. Rather than bland and boring, I'd say it's very tasty and comparable to the food sold in Thai areas outside Pattaya etc. Opinion on the quality is of course personal and subjective. -
