I have a choice between either Sala@HuaHin (http://salahuahin.com/reservation_eng.htm) or the V.I.P Cha-Am Condo Chain rooms for long term rental...what would your suggestion be? I know the V.I.P is only 90,000 Baht a year because of Webster Study Abroad, I am wondering which you would suggest and if you have any experience with them. The Sala@HuaHin says 12,000 a month for a serviced apartment...any suggestions? The are both in/near Hua-Hin/Cha-am...help appreciated!!

Timeshare companies dumped Cha am Condo as it was that bad, maybe an idea of the quality. How long are you staying .

Give you my opinion on the first one you mentioned.

Booked there for four nights during Songkran. Left after two even though I paid in full on Agoda.
